General Rules
1. Organizer:
This contest is organized by TOUCH.
2. Eligibility:
Open to Colombian citizens with valid identification.
Minors may participate through their parent's or guardian's T-Bank account.
3. Contest Period:
Registration is open from February 8, 2025, to March 9, 2025.
The award ceremony will take place on March 15, 2025.
4. Participation Cost:
Participation is free. Participants must download the TOUCH app, register, and activate a T-Bank account.
5. Video Submission Guidelines:
Post your own videos or create TikTok videos and publish them on TOUCH.
Maximum video length: 2 minutes.
Unlimited video submissions per T-Bank account.
Each participant can manage up to three T-Bank accounts.
6. Revenue Sharing:
Votes are monetized and shared between creators and viewers according to the TOUCH Payment and Revenue Sharing Agreement.
7. Voting Costs and Limits:
Each vote costs USD $0.50 (COP $2,000).
Maximum voting limit: USD $50 per video per viewer.
Viewers can vote on multiple videos.
8. Winner Selection:
Winners will be determined by the total votes received on their top three videos.
In the event of a tie, the prizes will be combined and equally divided among the tied winners.
9. Prize Redemption:
Winners must provide proof of Colombian citizenship and comply with verification requests.
Prizes are non-transferable; however, cash equivalents are offered for certain prizes.
Winners are responsible for registration and licensing costs for the Renault Kwid and the AKT NKD125.
10. Tax Responsibilities:
All prizes are gross. TOUCH will cover applicable taxes, except vehicle registration and licensing fees.

COP $77,000,000 distributed among 113 winners.
1. Diamond Prize:
Renault Kwid Iconic (maximum value): COP $56,500,000.
Cash equivalent option: COP $50,000,000.
2. Gold Prize:
AKT NKD125 Motorcycle (maximum value): COP $4,500,000.
Cash equivalent option: COP $4,000,000.
3. Silver Prizes:
1 winner will receive COP $1,000,000 (total: COP $1,000,000).
4. Bronze Prizes:
10 winners will receive COP $500,000 each (total: COP $5,000,000).
5. Featured Participants:
100 participants will receive COP $100,000 each (total: COP $10,000,000).
Additional Bonuses
1. Referral Incentives:
COP $4,000 for each activated T-Bank account (requires a refundable deposit of COP $20,000).

All submitted videos will become the property of TOUCH for promotional purposes.
